Refund and Return Policy
At Royal Spice, we aim to provide every guest with the best experience. Here are our guidelines for refunds and returns.
Dissatisfaction with Food or Service
- In-Restaurant Orders: If you’re not satisfied with your meal or service, please let us know and we will try to make it right by either replacing the item or adjusting the bill.
- Takeout Orders: If there is an issue with your takeout order, please let us know. If the issue was not caused by Royal Spice, we may not be responsible.
Incorrect Orders
If there is a mistake in your order (such as a missing or incorrect item), please notify us right away. We will do our best to correct the issue. However, if the mistake occurred due to the delivery service, Royal Spice cannot take responsibility.
Refund Eligibility
- In-Restaurant Orders: Refunds are available for in-restaurant orders only. Please keep your receipt, as it may be needed for verification.
- Takeout and Delivery Orders: Refunds are not available for takeout or delivery orders.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for issues related to personal preferences or tastes not specified at the time of order (e.g., spice level, ingredient substitutions). We are also not responsible for food that is not consumed promptly or is mishandled after pickup or delivery.
Processing Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider but usually take a few days. In some cases, we may offer cash as an alternative.
